Mariah brings over a decade of experience as a Lifeguard and Supervisor, with certifications in CPR, First Aid, and water safety instruction. A proud graduate of Carrington College, she holds a certification in Physical Therapy Technology. She is certified in partner-assisted stretching through the Stretch Center. Mariah is passionate about helping people feel their best and loves seeing her clients grow and thrive. She’s excited to continue her journey of healing and support here at StretchFLOW.

Cristina is a passionate and experienced Stretch Therapist who graduated from the physical therapy technician program at Carrington College. With four years of experience as a Bilingual Physical Therapy Technician, she’s worked closely with patients of all ages—teaching the value of stretching to relieve chronic muscle and joint pain. She is certified in partner-assisted stretching through the Stretch Center. Cristina is dedicated to fitness and rehabilitation and loves inspiring friends, family, and clients to reach their personal wellness goals.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and brings a strong background in data management and project coordination to the team. Known for her punctuality and dedication, Cheryl takes pride in delivering high-quality work without compromise. She loves traveling and seeking new adventures and finds the most joy in meeting new people, building meaningful connections, solving problems, and helping businesses grow. Her passion and professionalism make her an invaluable part of the team.
