Doug is a retired firefighter with 22 years of dedicated service. His passion for health and wellness led him to pursue certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Exercise Recovery, and Nutrition Coaching through the ISSA.
As a Certified StretchFlow Therapist, Doug also holds a Certificate in Assisted Stretching and Flexibility from The Stretching Institute and The Stretch Center.
With over 25 years of experience as a committed health and fitness enthusiast, he combines his knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm to help others enhance their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
Doug is available for appointments, bringing a personalized and professional touch to every session.
We are located in a secured building that is not open to the public.
Sessions are by appointment only.
We kindly ask that you wait for your StretchFlow Therapist to retrieve you out front or in our lobby.
Parking
There are a number of metered parking spaces surrounding our building. However, some days and times are busier than others. We encourage you to give yourself plenty of time to park and walk so that we can start your session on schedule.
